미국 정부가 베트남 전쟁을 돕도록 미국 정부에 요청했습니다.
양국 당국과의 협의를 통해 우리는 한국군과 병사로서 베트남 전쟁터에 파견되어 전장에 살면서 전쟁 희생자가 미국으로 파견되었습니다.
우리한국군은. 그당시 미국정부가 보상으로준 전투수당과 해외복무수당 각종수당을 다 지급 받지 못하여 확인고자 귀정부에 요청합니다.
이 메모에는 1966 년 3 월 7 일 WG 브라운 주미 한국 대사와이 동원 외교 통상부 장관이 서명했다.
공식 서한 : 주한 미국 대사 파견에 따른 베트남과의 협력 한국 정부는 베트남에 추가 병력을 파견 한 대가로 국가 안보와 경제 발전에 관한 16 건을 제기했다.
1. 브라운의 메모 WG 브라운, 주미 미국 대사, 김성은 국방부장관 이동원외교 통상부 장관이 서명 한 각서에 한국 군인에게 지불 한 전투 수당 및 해외 봉사 수당을 MOU로 보내주십시오.
2. 귀하의 Brown MOU, 8, 9 및 10 항의 서신을 보내주십시오

The U.S. government asked the U.S. government to help the Vietnam War.

The memo was signed by Korean Ambassador to the United States WG Brown on March 7, 1966 and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Lee Dongwon.
Official : South Korea has raised 16 cases on national security and economic development in return for sending additional troops to Vietnam.
